I’m absolutely appalled at the customer service I got here. Went in for a nice cheese and onion pasty and I’ve never felt so belittled in my life my poor wife who’s not very good at english was ordering and she got treated horribly. They spoke to her in such a demeaning manner

First time using this Greggs. Bought sausage and omelette roll. Cold with 2 sausage instead of 3 ,like you get at all the other Greggs. I knew why I never bothered with this one sooner! On plus side,my Mocha was was spot on.
