can't get the order correct, can't offer good customer service or fresh hot food! always wrong always cold always disappointing!

Great customer service, worker on the till realised i had a cough and gave me a drink from out of the fridge.

Ordered family bucket, chicken all soggy, meant to get 4 chips but they put in a box, which didn’t look 4 portions and were also soggy. Very disappointed
