A store that never picks up the phone, what a bludy joke

Management need to sort the staff out! Nobody EVER picks ups the phone it doesnt matter what time of day you call. Been trying to call for last 3 day!!! WHAT IS THE POINT IN HAVING A PHONE IF YOU NEVER PICKUP! I dont believe for one minute that your so busy you dont have time to answer a phone!

I was on the phone for atleast 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, and when they did they had cut me off. I called twice after that and waited 6 mins for each call then it would automatically cut me off. No point having a number when you don't pick up.
