What a shambles, I have a fawn leather sofa, one have of a suit costing nearly £4.000, on the day they came to collect it I wrapped it in polythene as it started to rain, the driver who came to collect said it was wet and there was mould which was a complete and utter lie! Had the most rude lady serving us today she made faces and acted as thought we were being rude or asking too much she make faces when you can’t speak fluent English we didn’t say anything but she was awful I can’t believe you guys hire these people who are not professional at all .
