Absolute joke of an experience.Had a whole trolley full of shopping and my elderly mum was made to SCAN and then pack it herself in the tiny space of self checkout. Shopped here yesterday only one till open with a long queue down the aisle the self service tills where packed and long queues awful service and I now find a pack of sausages are past the use by date.
