Poor management of disabled and parent&child bays outside. Not friendly for those who require these spaces, shoppers feel entitled to do whatever they want. Poor experience

Opening hours are always incorect. Travelled down to do emergency shopping on a night after midnight on afew occasions and found it closed, the ours online on google show its open.!!!

Seriously need to get new staff trained in customer service, instead of one's that stand around chatting , expecting customers to sort their own issues out including trying to navigate around abandoned trolleys in the self serve.
