(although helpful when eventually found one )
Food stone cold .
Was looking forward to seeing the exceptional items IKEA used to have on show but dissappointed .

IKEA Birstal Leeds, cafe is filthy, tables left dirty, torn seating, only one cashier working with long queues of people waiting to pay for their food which by the time they do it’s clap cold, no staff about to help at all!!

Nightmarish hellish landscape not fit for Parents with young kids when they need to use the restrooms going through a one way system which does not help.Topped up by a useless returns department which did not know how to log a claim for me or take my details to call me back if my kids coat turned up or not.Only to have... read full comment
