Went to take a Quilt cover back this afternoon to Customer Services was met by a very rude member of staff firstly accusing me that I had opened the package which I hadn't don't think I'll be going back and spending more money . Very unpleasant lady and experience.

Ended up getting charged for someone else's price check. Went back and had to wait 30 mins for them to check cctv to prove I hadn't purchased the item they had charged me for. When I called to sort it out, when they answered, 3 days later very rude on the fone. I'll stick to ordering online.

Very bad experience. Poor costumer service and rude. Manager simply don't care!
