Absolutely useless, not fit for purpose. Deserve to close down. Collections office only open 2 hours a day, 8.00 -10-00. How are people supposed to get there when the are working.

Had a card asking for more postage. The office at Batley is only open 2hrs. 8am to 10am. 20mins drive from Liversedge. Cmon give us public a chance please. 8 til 10am ...ridiculous.
