Arrived at 6.55pm to br told they close at 7pm. I just had one parcel to pick up. The woman on the door wouldn't let me in. Went back to my car and watched another lady walk straight in and not be turned away! One rule for one and one for another! It would have taken 2 minutes to pick it up if that!

Disappointing. River island claims to be inclusive of all sizes these days, but I recently visited this branch and after searching everywhere I couldnt find one single garment in this shop above a size 14, and most stock items only seem to be 6-10, so if you're above a size 10 it's pretty much a waste of time. Didn't catch her name but the Asian lady upstairs in the men's department was totally amazing, customer service was just on point. Made us feel welcome and happy. Had a laugh while shopping and will definitely return to this store.
