Leaving my gran feeling humiliated when she left this morning because they said they said they couldn't understand her shes never nor should be spoke to like she was!!!!! absolutely discusting that member off staff will be getting reported too

Only 1 machine that lets you deposit money and it’s so slow. Staff don’t allow you to go to the desk if it’s not your account and they don’t even let you put money into anyones account unless the person is there, ridiculous. Never had this issue at Barclays.
