Not happy one bit !! Just had an order from them delivered and some of the items were incorrect .. rang up and spoke with the shop assistant ( James Hanson ) He said there’s nothing he could do ?? Very good place to grab a few bits and bats from. Good selection of food, drink and snacks. Staff are very welcoming and polite and even go out of their way to help if you need it around the shop.

I have just come from McColl's in Baildon and been served by the nicest man ever - James. Service with a smile and pleasant conversation, all whilst being very patient as I cleared his stock of bread . Definitely worth shopping there just for the friendliness at the end of a busy day.
