Great store but inconsistent staff. Younger members of staff are pleasant, friendly and always willing to assist. The older lady however, is the most unfriendly person there, as another reviewer mentions. Had to send legal documents overseas with DHL. Spoke to Manager, James on phone yesterday, he explained process. Went into store this morning and James was friendly and helpful. Made it so easy. Thank you
