Every time I visit this branch it’s an uncomfortable experience, the staff aren’t helpful or friendly. Tried to send a parcel with them today and it wasn’t straightforward at all. Ended up not being able to send it which I think is ridiculous! Three staff behind the counter but only one serving, found it quite intimidating.

Horrible service. Went in to exchange dollars into euros on a post office issued travel card. Was told we couldn't do that direct exchange but could put it into pounds on the card. I accepted this but when I checked later it had gone on the card as dollars for $30 less than I paid. Went back to the store to the woman gaslighting... read full comment
