Been a customer of Papa Johns for a few years, but tonight the order arrived after 1hour 15 mins, two phone calls and confusion as to where our order was (store or Uber). TURN YOUR OVEN ON..... I watched the "order tracker", "checking and cutting" took 22 minutes - and then by the time it was delivered 9 minutes later, it was only just luke warm... I feel sorry for the nice delivery guy (who apologised as I opened the door), no tip for him, but it wasn't his fault - once they've taken... read full comment
