They never seem to answer the phone. I tried four times yesterday at different periods and three times today and each time it just rang for a while and then cut me off. Now I'll buy the new S23 Ultra somewhere else.

I couldn't ask for more, they came to me straight away explained it might take 10 minutes to be seen properly it took less than 5 and then service was great from there onwards.
