I went to buy a new laptop and Darren was so helpful. He realised that my IT knowledge is very basic and was so patient and enthusiastic in helping me to get everything sorted and my new laptop up and running.

Very disappointed with you. Since July last year I purchased 2 TV. One had to be repaired & still had to be replaced. The replacement went wrong twice in first 2 weeks. I asked for a refund which I got but you didn't like it. Won't be buying from you again
