The assistant manager and Lorraine has drastically improved this cafe. Jax is so helpful, courteous. They are caring and really care. It's fun to visit this cafe. Zak and Lorraine’s customer service this morning was above and beyond what you’d expect as standard. I was feeling a bit emotional having just dropped someone off for surgery and they unexpectedly noticed and took the time to reassure me and somehow make me laugh while I was waiting for my coffee. Only wanted a small caramel latte and it was undrinkable. Very bitter, no caramel flavour and just plain not nice
