Prescription never on time, and who closes for lunch these days?

They shut for an hour every day. That’s fine, but it’s not on their website and I have just wasted ages waiting for them to re-open. If you have info on the web, it should at least be correct! Service is also really slow….

Never seem to have prescriptions ready no matter howlong you leave. Today went in to collect prescription approved a week ago. Still not made up. It’s not as if they are rare drugs. Apparently we now need to request repeats at least 10 days before needed!! In London they managed to have prescription ready within 48Hrs.... read full comment
