Coffee - good, Scone good Carrot cake - delicious! Overall a nice pit stop. I would return, Staff pretty engaging The cafe could do with being made more cosy!

Cafe is always dirty and service is extremely slow especially compared to other cafe chains eg Costa. Sometimes I walk in and walk out again. They have various counters serving coffee and where you pay but they are never fully manned. There just isn't enough staff employed to give a good service which must be frustrating... read full comment

Slow slow slow. Told 20 minutes in reality was 45/50 mins. Ordered fish and chips came out cold.. Ordered 3x jacket potatoes with cheese and beans, was served with the tiniest portion of beans on each. We asked for more beans but was told it’s the correct portion that’s been served however if you go to other M&S stores... read full comment
