Went in for a lovely Sunday scone and tea in June. Lovely clean venue with a nice outdoor sunny seating with several tables available.

I had a very unfortunate experience. Although the restaurant was made aware in advance that my food was to be strictly gluten free, they served up my main course with a huge dollop of couscous which is packed with gluten. A beautiful setting with the stream running through the garden. The restaurant itself was cosy and well spaced. We had the fish and chips - nicely done, the home made curry sauce an interesting addition, and the smoked trout. Both were really well cooked and presented. Lovely staff as well.
