I would say only twice in the dozens of times me or my wife have been here to collect prescriptions has there not been some kind of drama. e.g. can't find prescription, haven't reordered it (despite being on repeat dispensing), haven't got the meds, pharmacist gone on lunch so can't dispense, lost the meds, etc, etc. It's... read full comment

I enjoyed walking into a very small pharmacy and finding lovely and experienced people . It was so busy and still felt welcome and supported. In the past , in the past , I dreaded going in as the atmosphere was so negative but now a new pool of staff and new management are welcoming you with smiles and professionalism.... read full comment

Phoned yesterday to enquire if my prescription would be ready for pick up today. After a silly conversation with the assistant I established that 3 items were ready for pick up but one was not there.
