The staff are friendly and they try to be helpful, BUT there is not enough staff to give a decent service. So only one person behind the desk when there are long queues. It is not reasonable to expect folk to stand in a line for 20 minutes for a service.

Good little branch.Not back to full service, only open Mon - Fri.But a valued part of the community.
