Asked my wife to go and pick up a too good to go food parcel with all of the codes that the app give you and they refused to give the parcel to her because they could not see the app. I can’t leave the house so we paid for the food but couldn’t get it!!!!So someone in the shop is going home with the food I bought!!!Totally...

Had a parcel re directed here, went in to get a few days after they received it and was told by staff it wasn’t here. Went back a week later, they found it. It was there the whole time , tell your staff to wake up

shops fine but the post office needs more staff because the opening and closing times are less consistent than the number 9 bus lol its so annoying walking down there and beung told it will open at different times every time like ? plz make an ig or twitter or something and say when the post office will be open because...
