Excellent customer service by Guarin, a pharmacist technician. Came all the way to me at the shop floor to ask if I needed assistance. Polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Id give it no stars if I could. I watched an elderly lady in front of me be questioned, looked down on and patronised by a young shop assistant and left with no help after asking for cough medicine.
