Absolutely useless - refused to honour my Timpson lifetime battery guarantee because there was a battery in the watch that apparently Timpson don't use. As if that invalidates a lifetime battery certificate I have. Thanks goodness another Timpson not two miles from here is absolutely superb on the customer service front.

I came here for the first time. I wanted to take a passport photo but it was rejected. It took me a long time. Unfortunately I will never go back to him They should feel better responsible….
