I've been using this store on and off for years, I don't use the pharmacy but mostly the baby/child/toiletries.Last few visits over the last month, very friendly young girl and guy on the till (who had nails much nicer than mine!), I never have my card so just search it on the till via my email. I booked a flu jab two weeks ago. I went in today and waited 30 minutes in the que only to be told they are not doing the flu jab! Why allow online bookings? This pharmacy needs a major organizational restructuring.They are not organised at all, probably due to low staffing which I think is same everywhere but they need a system to cater the customer in a prompt manner.Queue is always long, they don’t keep track of orders and prescriptions.The vaccinator is also the person... read full comment
