Absolutely dreadful, do not & I mean DO NOT come here. It amazes me how the staff can have such awful attitude and manners towards the general population. Wish I could give negative stars. Manager shouldn't have their job. Disrespectful & unorganised.

Attempting to add a person for joint account . Went into branch, told to make an appointment, then told by counter we could just bring in proof and form.Came back in special trip with all details .... told not possible in branch. Unbelievable. Had to copy and send off all details. Several weeks nothing. Rang up, no-one... read full comment
