Melanie at Premier ( Horsham Nortj) is the perfect person to.welcome you. She was helping another guest move rooms to am Accessible room and didn't need to be carrying the guest s luggage but did so. We've stayed in nicer hostels 20 years ago to be honest. I can't believe we were charged £100 for one night. The hotel is tired, grubby and in desperate need of a refurb. Fan in bathroom didn't work, there was no toilet roll it was a dispenser of the square paper like a public toilet. The room was stale and damp smelling.... read full comment
