Always enjoy a visit to a Caffe Nero. Coffee was very good, service prompt and polite.

Wife was very upset because her cappuccino wasn't hot. The staff member 'heated it up' by 'adding hot milk.' But the wife didn't like the result ? My own coffee was perfectly nice ??

Congratulations, you’ve officially created the worst bacon roll I’ve ever tried to eat. I’m actually grateful it’s inedible, so I don’t have to let my body process this bacon-flavored rock.
