Have not had a problem here, if you have to wait, no worries. Better to have a chemist in the village than have it close down. Have been very happy with the service over many years, so long may it continue

Absolutely support previous complaint(s)! FOR GOD'S SAKE CAN SOMEONE PICK UP THE PHONE?! This Boots needs to take on staff in proportion to their business need! Queues are always long as well.

This has to be one of the worst Boots pharmacies around. Twice I've been here and been let down and wasted over an hour of time and a 15 mile round trip's worth of petrol.
