Polite staff but as with most small chemists now, they seem unable to cope with the amount of customers and their requests.

Avoid at all costs always queues items never ready or failed to order . Have queued twice in one day to be told yet again my prescription is not ready even after nearly 10 days . Appalling place it used to be so good .

Shocking service earlier this week... 3 males working, one asked if I needed help & I asked to speak to a pharmacist. I was the only one in the shop at that time... I waited and i waited.. they were chatting amongst themselves and one was doing prescriptions and looked at me a few times but didn't come over. Another lady... read full comment
