What can I say about this pharmacy, the fact every time you come in there is only ever 1 person serving is a joke. The fact there is at least a 45 minute to an hour wait before you get seen, there lack of knowledge as too where the medicine is, well that's a joke. Extremely slow pharmacy. The workers at the pharmacy are kind, but they don’t have enough resources to assist people in a quick way. The average queuing time I expend every time I come is around 30-40mins till I get to talk to the pharmacist and another 45m on top of that till getting the medicines.

Absolutely terrible. Why one person on the prescription counter, when there’s plenty of staff around. This is the main chemist in Horsham and you would have thought it would be better managed. It’s not a one off and been like this for around a year or so
