I was in this branch at the weekend and I found it was really improved since I last visited a few years ago. The staff were all amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and customer service was excellent. I found the whole process ran smoothly and I felt they cared about the customers. Good selection of frames.

Great service following a change of vision in one of my eyes. They saved me money by reglazing my current frames with new lenses. All staff I met were incredibly helpful.
