Despite the contrary reviews I've always found the staff to be very nice and helpful, and the rest well its an offy and a post office, what more is there to say? I think grumpy locals who let's face it are grumpy mum's or over 70s and nothing's ever good enough

Absolute shambles. Rude and unhelpful.will not be visiting again.if anyone is interested horsted keynes has mobile post office situated in village hall every Tuesday and Friday afternoon 1-4Or travel to sharpthorneLovely people. Kind friendly and helpful

FYI they don't take Evri parcels after 12 noon. The 3 parcels I wanted to drop off were small slim packets so wouldn't have taken up much room, but there we are. Rather a restricted service, sadly.
