Used to work as a nero barista and can say no one recently from the Hayward’s store can produce a drink, over extracted to the life of the bean and milk steamed to the point your tongue thinks it’s entering hell. Ordered Nero from Uber eats a month or two ago. No food or drink arrived ordered cakes and other items . About £27 down the drain!. I'm not even sure the order was collected. Could not get hold of you to complain via phone so leaving review. Ue say not there fault/blame you or driver. I want refund.

Please turn the music down. Couldn't make calls and talk to my friend. I come from London and Nero cafés in London do not have music so loud. Please put a sock in it.
