First time in maybe ten months or more since I had visited. I remarked how nice it still is to actually have a proper full physical branch of the bank to venture into again. Though we saw a lovely lady who was friendly and as helpful as was in her power to be, Barclays bank overall is so poor at problem solving that's its become quite the joke.
