I've have lots of 3 Blonde Bear products at home and have always found them extremely helpful, friendly and turn around my orders promptly. I can't fault them.

Very disappointed with my order of 4 personalised definition mugs ordered through Not On The High Street. The mugs themselves where nice and as described however I only received 3 of them. I contacted the seller who said she would send a replacement straight away but it never arrived. I contacted her again and she refunded... read full comment
