I bought a Richard Osman book to take on my holiday. It was from a large display saying it was his latest book. On starting the book I found I had already read it. It wasn’t even his last book. I would have recognised the title if that had been the case. So here I am stuck with no book to read and £9.99 out of pocket!... read full comment

Bought 2 chicken sandwiches and they were really atrocious. The chicken filling was only in the front of the bread and the back bit just had tomatoes and salad. They were almost £4 each. What a ripoff.
