I arrived without a booking (I had booked for the wrong date) and the hotel was almost full. However, Krzysztof and Yanic at the check in desk were very helpful and managed to find a room for me. Probably not exclusive to this place, but i used the hotel car park for 2.5 hours (to visit some relatives for dinner before they flew back home). 15 quid for 2.5 hours, i can live with that just about, but then hit with £25 drop off fee. Alexandrea's customer service was exceptional. She is patient, helpful, polite and a great asset to Sofitel. She is truly amazing. We had a problem with the booking which was entirely my fault. She fixed the issue very efficiently. Thank you.
