I love them at the east grinstead branch. So helpful and patient especially as a pensioner. Its lovely to be able to into a branch face to face to sort out a problem rather than hanging on a phone and get nowhere. Please don't close.

The staff are really nice and helpful except for the small lady who does not want to talk to us. I just assisted my wife to the branch for her savings.We do not want also that the branch is close on a Monday and Friday because those are the available days for most of us. You promise to stay in high street but you are not...
