    If I could I'd give them a 0...they have no idea what they're doing. Always a long wait, prescription is never ready and that's if they can find it.

    Multiple visits to collect my mother’s medication. At the point at which they couldn’t give me anything at all on the lists of meds or plasters or paracetamol it was time to just give up, however sorry I felt for the staff who are trying to operate in such an appalling business.     This Place needs zero stars. They don’t notify your prescription is ready, when you turn up even when it’s supposed to be ready it never is. They seem incapable of finding your prescription. Regardless of youre the only person You still have to wait for ages. It’s just a mess and seems to have no organisation whatsoever.... read full comment
