Last visit for me at the East Grinstead branch. The food was awful, and the lady who served us got the order wrong and then tried to tell me it was our fault

lack of staff and service slow

Chicken was all hard and dried up like it had been sitting there all day long. Eating in the restaurant was appalling. It was filthy and it was horrible to sit down. Get more staff and cleaners kfc and sort it out please.
