The service was great nice cakes. Had an old guy in the corner that looked like a tramp with all his bags. Always find Costa coffee a bit bitter but that's personal taste.

While having my coffee a worker called yoshodo I believe, shouted at an employee and before that she was rather rude. Costa need to do better…
