I went to this costa after work about 18:10 and got told I can’t have a cold frappe as he’s cleaned the fridge. If the costa cafe is open till 19:00 there should be a notice that last orders is an hour before they shut. Never have I had a bad experience in Costa but this is the worst I’ve been to. Furniture reminds you of a cheap cafe rather than a ni e relaxing coffee shop. Coffee was a bit tepid as well. Staff nice and friendly tho. Wish I had gone to the Nero up the road.
