I went into the store today and received excellent customer service. Ashely was in charge and did a great job of cutting my key and explaining the additional services Timspon provide including repairs to phones etc. He is a great asset to the company and it is a well run store.

I went there to have a passport photo taken. The photos were very well taken, but I wasn’t quite happy with my expression in them (I’m a bit picky), so I went back a few days later to see what could be done. I was assisted by Peter, and he was so friendly and helpful. He sorted the photos out for me, and now, thanks...
