Awful shop with awful staff. I would strongly advise against shopping here. They don't accept returns of their faulty products. Clearly illegal but they don't care.

Just shocking customer service. Was bought a pair of trainers too small for me for Christmas from my kids. No receipt sadly but bank proof. They wouldn’t change even though I had proof they only want the receipt!! Going to have to sell 2nd hand for half the price. My family will not be using them again in Crawley.
