What a total disrespect bank who has no respect to a 90 year old customer who has cancer and kept him waiting whilst helping another collegue..shame on santander.

I've been to many branches but this is definitely one of the best. Claire is one of the most helpful assistants around and has plenty of experience to deal with banking needs. David the manager is friendly and goes the extra mile for customers. And H was able to see me without notice and process my application in minutes.... read full comment

With all the Santander branches closing, nice to see this one still open, located in Queens Square, plenty of cash machines inside and outside, not to busy when I went. Hope they continue to stay open.
