Rang them today (friday) for a parcel that should have been delivered in Manchester on Wednesday! They told me that it was up in manchester and due for deliver... only for me to call Royal Mail CS to find it is still in Gatwick! Utter and total shambolic service! Dirty scum stolen my parcel tried make out its lost and it's a tracked service wtf what a RoyalMail employing these days I'm fuming and £300 out of pocket.

Awaiting an item from amazon that should've arrived yesterday (24hr) delivery, it arrived at Gatwick Depot at 2:46 yesterday morning, and it's still there, why?
