Had to pop in for a refund from an online order. They did honour it without quibbling but boy i had to wait for ages. There was only 1 person ahead of me, but they had 2 people serving (who were doing their best) but it was slow going.
Suspect currys needs to enhance their process and remove some of the bureaucracy... read full comment

First I would like to call attention to specifically to any managements or director at this store ..(* urgently ) Sunday I have came to this store to buy a hoover ,found the hoover I was looking for but this hoover didn’t have price on it..have called several times for assistant and …nothing ..have waited over 20 minutes... read full comment
