Oriental woman served me after making me wait despite no other customers in the queue, had attitude and served me with no basic hello or thank you, prepared hot chocolate after wrongly charging me and heated the drink to lava temperature and wasn't able to drink till I drove home! As I visited first thing in the morning I didn't have to wait and I had no trouble finding a seat. I did enjoy the plant based raspberry crossaint.

Came in here as I needed to feed my 2 week old baby, we sat in the corner to keep away from other guests and my husband went to get us a coffee only to hear the young lady serving complaining that our baby was crying. My baby was asleep when we arrived and woke up for his feed - so we were fully prepped when he woke up... read full comment
